About Keith Lucas Team

Keith is the Broker in Charge at the Charleston Real Estate Co. located in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Originally from New England, Keith relocated to the south-east in the late 1990’s. Shortly after receiving his real estate license he became the business development manager of a budding real estate company in S.W. Florida. From that experience, he quickly accelerated his career and became a franchisee owner/broker in Lee County, FL and owner/broker a brokerage in Blue Ridge, GA. While managing the day-to-day operation of his franchise he also took on the role of in-house real estate trainer for his agents. It wasn’t long before he opened and operated a real estate school, then took it one step further by becoming a National Real Estate Sales Trainer himself. He has trained, mentored and coached agents from across the country. Keith continues to educate, train and mentor agents of all levels and experience at the Charleston Real Estate Co. Keith is an award winning Realtor, is the past Chairman of a Multiple Listing System company and is a licensed Broker in multiple Southeastern states. In his time-off he enjoys boating, he is an avid angler, traveling with his wife and entertaining guests while cooking-up one of his signature Lowcountry dishes.
